My Paella Fiesta is the creation of father and son duo, Gary and Gil. They share an enjoyment of experimenting in the kitchen, as well as hosting dinner parties for family and friends. It's no surprise, their warm, welcoming nature make their paella parties a huge hit. This naturally lead them to starting a very social and unique company, where they are able to share their love of food and entertaining. Their family and friends can attest that an amazing paella party definitely adds a "wow factor" like no other! 

 

Insider trivia - Their surname is derived from the Spanish for the word, "pan", which is derived from the Latin word "patella", which means "shallow dish". The same is true of the word, "Paella" as well!
